Trained in couture in Belgravia and costume design at the London College of Fashion, she later specialized in Japanese culture and womenswear at Bunka University in Tokyo.
The beauty look captured a fierce, celestial warrior goddess aura. Hair was styled wet and slicked back to frame gilded crowns, while skin shimmered with a metallic silver or gold slash across the mouth, accentuated by laser-cut metallic details. Metallic accents in both silver and gold added an otherworldly edge, elevating the look to a realm of ethereal strength and regality.
Known for blending fantasy with reality, Syban creates large-scale, wearable art using unconventional materials like leather, lace, and experimental textiles. Her intricate headpieces and sculptural costumes redefine traditional fashion. Working across film, theatre and international galleries, Syban’s pieces transform the surreal into tangible, ethereal art.
