The Maria delle Grazie convent is home to one of da Vinci’s most famous works, The Last Supper; And Sforza Castle’s Sala delle Asse, which was decorated by da Vinci, will re-open on his anniversary, after six years restoration. The Leonardo3 Museum is also holding a special retrospective, showing working models of his machines including the submarine, time machine and rapid-fire cross bow.
