SHARING MY SLEEP SECRETS

We all need a good night’s sleep especially during the current circumstances. But if you’re anything like me, your bedroom antics might be fraught with stress and topsy turny nights.
The hours we spend sleeping are the biggest single influence on our mood, motivation and concentration, and a decent sleep pattern enhances everything we do in our everyday lives.
If we don't get enough shut-eye, it's difficult to function, remember things or make decisions- so anything that offers to help deepen my slumber is worth a go! 8-10 hours is the recommended nighttime nap for adults, but who can actually say they achieve this? In fact, 38% of UK adults - around 20 million people - suffer from lack of sleep.
